Paula Fleming, Ph.D., LPC

President & Chief Executive Officer

Paula Fleming is President & Chief Executive Officer of Missouri Alliance for Children and Families, providing leadership, strategic planning, and fiscal stewardship across the organization. Appointed to her role in February 2024, she has more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience in the child welfare and behavioral health fields, including 16 years of service to Great Circle. During her tenure, Paula held various positions including Chief Program Officer, Chief Operating Officer and most recently, President & CEO. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a bachelor’s of science degree in psychology from Truman State University and master’s and doctorate degrees in counseling psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia.
