Janet Braker is the Chief Performance Improvement Office for Missouri Alliance for Children and Families. Janet has over 25 years of experience working in the public and private Child Welfare community in various roles, from front-line case management to developing and overseeing quality assurance and change management programs. Janet received her Bachelor’s in Child and Family Development, minoring in Psychology, from Missouri State University, Springfield Missouri. She obtained her Masters in Organization Development with an emphasis in Executive Leadership from Avila University, Kansas City Missouri. In her current role, Janet oversees the Quality Assurance and Training Departments for Missouri Alliance. This includes the development and implementation of training activities provided to Missouri Alliance and partner agency staff. Additionally, ensures the quality assurance/performance improvement processes in place have the capacity to be evaluative to positively inform change management processes to maintain or improve the overall outcomes of clients served. She also provides oversight of tracking compliance with state contracts and the accrediting body Council on Accreditation.
