CARE MANAGER/SOCIAL WORKER

CARE MANAGER/SOCIAL WORKER   St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and Southeast Missouri

 

This position provides ongoing case management for a designated group of client families. Tasks include responsibility for Family Support Team facilitation, development of individualized care (treatment) plans, coordination of individualized services across all settings, coordination of providers working in the home, school, and community environment, documentation of support related activities and services. Must be willing to travel State-Wide to visit the children where they are placed. Case load will be 8-10 clients.

Requirements include:

1. Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, guidance and counseling, or drug and alcohol counseling.

2. Bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science which includes 30 semester or 45 quarter hours either in development of human behavior, child development, family intervention techniques, diagnostic measure, or therapeutic techniques, such as social work, psychology, guidance counseling, drug and alcohol and child development and two years experience in the delivery of protective social services, family preservation services or targeted case management services in a public or private agency.

3. Current Missouri driver’s license, good driving record, vehicle insurance, and adequate transportation to escort clients to appointments and team meetings.

Regional Training Manager

Regional Training Manager - St Louis, MO

 

This position is responsible for training and consultation with new care management staff and existing staff within the Specialized and FCCM contracts; this also includes training of Owner Agency staff working w/MACF and/or FCCM clients.  The Regional Training Manager develops, implements and facilitates all Care Management staff training.    The Regional Training Manager also facilitates in-service training for regional care management staff and MACF administrative staff. 

 

Requirements Include:

 

A Bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science is required.  A Master’s degree in human behavioral science is preferred.  Coursework must include 30 semester or 45 quarter hours either in development of human behavior, child development, family intervention techniques, diagnostic measure, or therapeutic techniques, such as social work, psychology, guidance counseling, drug and alcohol and child development. 

 

A minimum of three years of experience in the delivery of protective social services, family preservation services or targeted case management services in a public or private agency is required.  Prior supervisory and training experience is preferred.

Attorney – Jefferson City

 

This position will advise and work collaboratively with other leaders across various departments and programs within Missouri Alliance for Children and Families (MACF).   The Attorney will conduct research and analysis of legal issues, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for MACF.  The Attorney will be responsible for representing MACF at court proceedings when required. 

 

Requirements include:

1. Doctor of Jurisprudence is required.  3 years of experience in child and family law is preferred.

2. Knowledge of State of Missouri statutes related to this work.

3.Knowledge of the child welfare industry.
